The room service at the hotel was prompt and the food was satisfactory. the staff was quick in delivering the meals to the room, which was a convenient feature. the hotel's location was advantageous as it was close to key attractions and amenities, making it easy to access nearby shopping centers and restaurants.
The communication between the hotel's call center and the reception was extremely poor. This led to a lot of inconvenience and stress, especially after a long flight.

Great value for money and very clean rooms and bathrooms. The staff was polite and helpful. The hotel is well-located, offering easy access to the city's attractions and business centers. The comfortable bed and hygienic bathroom added to the overall pleasant experience.
One of the staff members during check-in was behaving strangely, which was a bit off-putting. However, this didn't negatively impact my stay as the rest of the staff was friendly and efficient.
